Cori is the BEST TRAINER EVER.

The long story:

I’ve been training with Cori for a year and a half and she has hands down, been the best trainer I’ve trained with. Why? Because she is:

-Always supportive. Even though she yells at me, I’m always being yelled at in the most caring and encouraging way possible. Outside of the gym, she is willing to support me in reaching my goals as much or as little as I need.
-Super creative. Her workouts are NEVER boring. AND, if for some reason I can’t do it because I injured myself, she’ll come up with an equally difficult and fun exercise.
-Extremely smart—on so many levels. Cori tells me the same thing that physical therapists and doctors tell me about my "chronic" injuries. She also ensures that I'm doing all that I should be to take care of myself. On the non-training side, she can sure run an honest business. That's SUPER important to me, at least, because I'm not wasting any of my time trying to figure what services I'm getting, how I'm getting it, or what I didn't get.
