Horrible customer service. Jesus neglected to make us aware of cancellation fees after he sold us a new policy with a different company. Keep in mind that ez insurance sold us the original policy as well. After the cancellation fee would not process because ez insurance did not update the payment information we received a letter that stated we were going to be sent to collections. Jesus stated that they will not take responsibility for any of it and that they will not deal with the insurance company. A complete hack of a company. STAY CLEAR
