I've always been relatively active but have never jumped head-first into a training and nutrition plan quite like I have with Jenn and Andre at Equilibrium Training Studio. My wife was the main reason I did it. At first I was dragging my feet, but I put on my big-boy pants and went for it. I knew it would be hard work, but wasn't prepared for how life-changing it would be. The first week is the hardest, but there's nothing like seeing the difference week after week. I felt better and looked better. It's shocking what kind of effect junky food can have on your body. I didn't have to think about what I was doing; it was all on paper and I just followed directions. Meeting with them every other week for private sessions kept my form in check. I can't express how thankful I am for Jenn and Andre; I've never been in this kind of shape ever in my life. Don't get me wrong, it's really hard work, but it's oh so worth it. My wife and I are continuing our training with them and I see no end in sight.
