I was on vacation in Newport Beach ready for an awesome coastal ride and suddenly my front shifter cable broke inside the housing. I called, they said come over when you can. As soon as I walked in the door their chief mechanic walked up and knew the problem. He jumped right on the job and next thing I am like new and back on the road.
