Just visited this new dealership. If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought the EC Bond protection for our new Audi Q7 and the 2 salespersons pretended they’d never heard of it and I’d have to leave and call on my own to figure out how to get the service from the company EC Bond. If you work in sales/service shouldn’t you know what products are being sold for Audi’s or at least be able to point the customer in the right direction? Nope, none of that from Fletcher Jones Audi.
