I was practicing vinyasa yoga regularly 5 to 7 days a week since 2008 but was going no where. After I found David, my practice began to transform, there are many subtle changes at the energy level that I get to experience on a regular basis word can not describe. There are many asanas I thought would take years to accomplish I was able to do within a short time. David help me realized the 'authentic' yoga and its limitless possibilities. Besides asanas practice, deep pranayama practice, he is adept at Sanskrit and the school of Vedics, yoga sutra, and sanskrit chanting. It's a blessing to have David as my guru, his personal discipline and life style set an example of how i like to be (when i grow up). It may take the rest of this life to get to the level i want to accomplish knowing that i'll have his guidance I'll be there.

Those who are seekers and are serious about yoga will appreciate his teaching sincerely, come and prepare for a lifetime of complete eight limbs of practice.
